Steven Foltz, PhD (Postdoc)

Steven joined the Data Lab in 2020 when he was a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Pennsylvania. He was also a PennPORT fellow, developing his passion for higher ed teaching and mentoring. Steven is interested in using machine learning approaches to gain insights from public data and drive pediatric cancer research. As of May 2023, Steven has moved on from the Data Lab to join the Tan Laboratory at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
